We’re excited to announce one of the most requested features in HeyChurch history: native integration with Planning Center Online (PCO).
If your church uses Planning Center to manage people — and thousands do — you now have a direct bridge between your church database and your email communication. No more exporting CSVs, no more copy-pasting contacts between systems, no more wondering whether the list you’re emailing is actually up to date.
What You Can Do
Connect Your Planning Center Account in One Click
From your HeyChurch account, you can now securely connect to Planning Center Online and sync your people directly into your HeyChurch contacts. The connection uses Planning Center’s official authentication — your credentials never pass through HeyChurch, and you can revoke access from PCO at any time.
Sync Your Contacts Anytime
Once connected, your Planning Center people are available in HeyChurch. You can trigger a sync any time from the contacts page, so whenever you add a new member or visitor to PCO, you can pull them into HeyChurch with a single click. Your email list always reflects the latest state of your congregation.
Stop Double-Entering Contacts
This is the big one. Until now, if you added a new visitor or member, you had to enter them in Planning Center and in HeyChurch (or whatever email tool you were using). That’s duplicate work — and it’s the main reason church email lists get out of date.
With the new integration, Planning Center becomes your single source of truth. Add a contact there, sync to HeyChurch, and they’re ready to receive your next announcement.

- Log in to HeyChurch and head to your account settings
- Click “Connect Planning Center” and authorize the integration
- Trigger your first sync from the contacts page
- Start sending — your congregation is ready to hear from you
